BMW X5 E53 3.0D Auto LeMans
ECU Remapped 08/04/2012
Gain 40Bhp 80Nm
The LeMans is a special edition X5 notable by the colour and special wheels – 218Bhp stock is OK but it is a lot more lively after a remap – this one we have taken a slight bit off the top of a performance remap and it will improve on the 24.5 mpg it is currently achieving
2003 BMW 330D Auto E46
ECU Remapped 10/04/2012
Gain 42Bhp 90Nm
100k miles is not what it used to be and this BMW is still pin sharp after that milage – and as long as it is in good health ( we did a fault code check and no problems reported ) we remapped the car – It does exactly what it says on the tin was the report from the test drive – smoother torque curve, more power and better throttle responce and even wit this performance remap better mpg is achievable as long as you dont “drive it like you stole it”
Remapped 12/04
Ok this one has a bit of a story – started off as a 520i with a deceased engine – which was swapped by its owner to a 523i engine ( 2.5 litre ). Although he had the ecu from the new engine the car would not start with this plugged in and the car would still drive although badly with the old ecu
Both engines run thE same ecu type, a Bosche ms41 but they have differently configured software – so we have made the necessary changes to the maps so this car now has uprated 523i software so it now runs properly like a remapped 523i – long winded but necessary for the car to run correctly – If you are thinking of doing something like this please contact us first and we will advise you on the best and easiest way

Gain 35BHp 70Nm
Although we can remap these fast Vauxhalls up to 340BHp they suffer from “heat soak” if we do, needing bigger inetrcooler and probably a radiator upgrade but we can still get a decent gain on the standard set up – but make sure you have decent tyres and the road is dry or you will be wheel spinning your way into a hedge
ECU Remapped 13/04/2012
Gain 40+ BHp 80+Nm
Fitted with a DSG gearbox these golfs are pretty rapid cars but so so so much better when remapped
we quote 40 bhp 80Nm gains but in reality most will give 50-55 BHp which makes them a staggeringly quick hot hatch – and of course its built like a Golf!
ECU Remapped 14/04/2012
Gain 30+ Bhp 55Nm
Our aim when remapping an Impreza is to make it more drivable – that is to widen the power band – while it is limited at lower revs as the big turbo will not spool hard till …say 2400 rpm from there on there is boatloads of extra power 45Bhp across most of the rev range flattening to 30 BHp at peak – It certainly makes them a much more drivable car day to day

Michael has previously owned a similar yet older x3 2.0 d which had teh same bhp of 150 but his new one has left him a bit kerfuddled as it feels slower
Maybe his… last one had been remapped previous to his ownership but having remapped his new one he certainly noticed the difference pulling strongly through the gears and not labouring in 6Th at all
ECU Remapped 12/04/2012
Gain 38BHp 90Nm
This 3 year old Range Rover Sport is a very nice vehicle but really could do with the extra ooph – that will also give a better return on diesel as well – smoother power delivery and better throttle response also noticable
ECU Remapped 18/04/2012
Gain 35BHp 70Nm
A little off the top end of the remapping we offer on this Seat Leon TDi gives the best of both worlds – more power – smoother torque curve and better throttle response but also more mpg expected around 10-15% – happy days
ECU Remapped 21/04/2012
Gain 35BHp 70Nm
Just off the top of what we can add to these practical mercedes vans so to keep an eye on economy – certainly gets down the road a lot better now
ECU Remapped and DPF Delete and Removal 24/04/2012
Gain 50BHp 100Nm
When your Touareg is being a ToeRag and the DPF is creating problems throwing the vehicle into limp mode we have the answer that doesnt involve giving your local “Main Stealer” £2500 in hard earned
Remove the filter – and reprogram the ecu so it will not try and regenerate the now missing DPF – we will also give you the remap of your choice while we are about it – This one came in to us with the dashboard lit up like a christmas tree now is running beautifully and the only horrible lights he will see is when he goes to the local disco
ECU Remapped 25/04/2012
Gain 30BHp 60Nm
After having petrol cars in the past this customer while happy with the extra torque turbo diesel cars deliver wanted a bit more bhp – thankfully we can give him that taking this Jaguar up to 185Bhp has made all the difference – shame it was so wet on the test drive couldnt make the most of the extra power released
ECU Remapped 25/04/2012
Gain 55BHp 130Nm
The BMW X6 is still a pretty rare sight on our roads – this customer is not new to rarer cars though having previously had a z8 and an m6 so powerful BMs are his thing – He was certainly impressed with the extra go we can give this powerful 4WD – I might have to save my pennies as this is growing on me
ECU Remapped 27/04/2012
Gain 22BHp 30Nm
De Catted and with a pipercross air filter this Ford was actually quicker than you might expect – despite 1/2 a ton of speakers dvds playstation etc etc – The remap gave it a decent edge though with better throttle response and smoother power delivery – a nice improvement
ECU Remapped 27/04/2012
Gain 30BHp 60Nm
Ford have added 10BHp to the higher powered 2.2 engine ( used to be 130bhp – the 2.4 was 140BHp)
But we can do better not only on performance in the 0-60 but also at the pumps – previous experience tells us that these generally give 33mpg but once mapped will give 37-38mpg and even better on a motorway run – surely that has to be a worthwhile remap
ECU Remapped 28/04/2012
gain 45 Bhp 100Nm
Blend remap here for preformance and economy
Having just bought a very nice example of an Audi A6 this customer was keen to improve performance but not at the cost of fuel consumption – well thats exactly what we do – big difference on the V6 TDis
ECURemapped and DPF deleted and removed
Gain 30BHp 60Nm
Only 2 years old, admittedly with 88k miles and the DPF is blocked – VW gave him a 1 fingered salute and a possible bill of £2000 to replace – Best option here is to remove the filter and remove DPF data strings from the ecu – we might as well give the Bluemotion a BlueOptimize remap at the same time – lots of fuel savings and extra power here and a fraction of the price VW would want from the customer
ECU Remapped 30/04/2012 and air filter changed
Gain 20BHp 32Nm
Naturally aspirated cars dont give the big bhp gains of turbocharged vehicles but there is a good drivability gain on these – the best of the small Porsches – however I will not be volunteering to change an air filter on them again in a rush –
ECU Remapped 30/04/2012
Gain 35Bhp 75Nm
still a good drive the E39 5 series – but with only 164 BHp from stock they could do with an upgrade – very happy customer here – this was a blend remap to improve both performance and economy
