VW Beetle 1.8T Remap

Gain 40Bhp 80nm
The 1.8t VAG Engine has lots of tuning potential – this stage 1 remap on the 150ps version has great gains – Its the lowest power stock of the 1.8T range. In a beetle we have to turn the pull up speed down to allow it to read OBD but its worth the wait. Fitting a Forge BOV makes sense on these too and its just 3 pipes to connect – this one a recirculating one – we dont all want the blow off loud type

BMW 525D E60 Remap

Gain 42Bhp 90Nm
Being a 2007 vehicle this 5 series has a 3 litre motor and is ripe for tuning, great gaisn of 42Bhp and 90Nm improving performance and throttle response as well as improved MPG
Land Rover Discovery 2.7 tdv6 Remap

The 2.7 litre discovery 3 is a bit underpowered and also suffers from egr problems. We can easily remap these vehicles and delete the egr function making a better drive with improved economy and no more egr problems
Audi A3 2.0 fsi Remap

I hate the winter for being cold but even worse is the early dark night
Still we keep tuning and decent gains from the Nasp petrol audi
A very long read but now has sharper throttle response and gains right through the Rev range
Ford fiesta 1.4 Remap

Gain 5 bhp 9 nm
The 1.4 litre automatic fiesta with no turbo is not a regular car to have remapped but the owners personal situation required an automatic car in a low insurance category
Now to make the best he can of the situation
5 bhp isn’t going to change things massively but a much crisper throttle response is noticeable and a bit more power throughout the Rev range
Mercedes w205 c220 cdi Remap

Gain 35bhp 70 nm
The w205 Mercedes is the latest version of the c class still using the delphi crd3 ecu so we can tune via the obd port. It is One of the slowest reads though 1 hour 40 minutes just to copy the 4 mb software
Results are great though and more power and better throttle response immediately noticeable

Audi A8 4.2tdi Remap

Gain 45 bhp 100nm
The d3 audi a8 4.2 tdi has two ecus
Both carry the same software and they have to be identical for the car to run
So whatever you change in the master ecu you have to change in the slave
Makes the job a little longer but worthwhile
Already boasting 326 bhp and 650 nm of torque it has decent performance but now it’s very quick for a big car
VW Touran 2007 2.0 TDi ECU Cloning

If your ECU has a fault a replacement can be very costly – Over £1000 on this 2007 VW Touran putting it possibly beyond economical repair. Fortunately a second hand ecu with matching bosch numbers 02810XXXXX was found and we can easil;y copy the whole ecu data from one ecu to the other
Saving a huge percentage of replacement costs – We can do this for many common ecus
BMW 320d gt Remap

Gain 40 bhp 80nm
First gt we have mapped here at Flashremapping but no problem as the engine and ecu ate the same as all f series 320d. Two hours to remove ecu open read and write and reinstall more importantly two hours to a transformed drive
VW Polo 1.2 tdi Remap

Gain 25BHp 45Nm
It’s not all high performance cars in remapping. This 1.2 litre tdi Polo is a perfect example of how a more humble car can benefit from a remap with just 75 bhp stock the gain is 33% more
And torque up from 180 to 225 nm
The difference is immediately noticeable
All tuned via the obd port in an.hour
Bmw 635d Remap

Gain 65 bhp 125nm
One of our favorite engines the twin turbo 3 litre 6 cylinder diesel from Bmw
Producing 282 bhp stock and 580nm of torque
Now with nearly 350 bhp and 700 nm it’s a real monster
Mercedes CLS 350 CDi Shooting Brake Remap

Gain 38Bhp 85Nm
Carlsberg dont do remaps but if they did it would be something like this – A stunning CLS Shooting Brake with a 3 litre Turbo diesel engine , An absolute gentleman of a customer who had preheated his triple garage and had the kettle on and choccy digestives at the ready. The Ecu lives in the drivers side wheel arch and this is a bench tune but much more comfortable in the warm , The edc17cp46 is the later ecu version with the hard lid so opening the ecu is simple and a two boot pin connection – All back together in around 2 hours and the car is now swifter and more economical. On a cold November morning this was just what the doctor ordered – I did however forget to take a picture of the car so you will have to have this stock picture instead
