VW Passat 1.9 TDi 130Bhp
ECU Remapped 01/02/2012 Blue Optimize
Gain 28BHp 55Nm
With a fair few miles under its belt the owner of this passat is really just looking for mpg improvements – we think 8-15% saving on fuel are achievable here – on the test drive the owner was very impressed at the smoothness of the remap something we always aim to improve

Honda Civic 2.2 I-ctdi 138Bhp
ECU Remapped 01/02/2012 Blue Optimize
Gain 28BHp 55Nm
These Hondas always supprise me on how well they get down the raod and now with a bit of extra power and better throttle response along with estimated fuel saving of 8-15% possibly even more Im sure the owner will be delighted

Audi A4 2.0 130Bhp
ECU Remapped 01/02/2012
Gain 10BHp 18Nm
If you look at these figures they look less than impressive but as with the later tsi Vag engines they are underwhelming at lower revs, fine once they are up in the rev range tho, Its this area we concentrate on to give the relatively heavy Audi a better turn of pace and reduce the need to keep stirring the porridge – the customer was well impressed

BMW Z3 2.0 150Bhp
ECU Remapped 01/02/2012
Gain 18Bhp 24Nm
Not massive gains here but the improvement in get up and go lower in teh rev range makes this a worthwhile remap

Renault Trafic 2.5 dci 140Bhp
ECU Remapped 03/02/2012
Gain 35BHp 70Nm
A bit less than a performance remap to keep an eye on economy for Kitesurfer Adam – noticably less hesitation when pulling through the gears and a wadge of extra torque will mean traveling at slower speeds in longer gears will be more comfortable.
look out for his motorhome next week

BMW 525D 2.5 Litre
ECU Remapped 04/02/2012
Gain 42BHp 85Nm
Anthony has owned his BMW for over 5 years and the car has only covered 46,000 miles, usually this would be time for a change but why the car does everything that it is needed to and still has only a small percentage of the miles a BMW Diesel is capable of, so why not give it a pep up with a performance remap. Much sharper throttle response and oodles of extra torque make this a lot more fun

Citroen C5 2.0HDI Auto 160Bhp
ECU Remapped 13/02/2011
Gain 35BHP 75Nm
Now this is actually a very elegant car especially in Exclusive trim level but it just didnt have quite enough get up and go – well we have turned that around its sharper to drive and with a bit of extra zing hope you enjoy George

Range Rover Sport TDV6 Auto
ECU Remapped 13/02/2012
Gain 38Bhp 95Nm
These are truely nice vehicles and make you smile when you get in them but with only 188BHp stock and a power sapping 4wd system they need more.
We can do that – and help with fuel economy too

Mercedes ML280cdi Auto
ECU Remapped 13/02/2011
Gain 42Bhp 130Nm
Look at that torque figure 130Nm – No wonder it feels a bit different after a remap – And bar driving like a lunatic the mpg will be the same if not better

Seat Altea 2.0 TDi 140Bhp DSG
ECU Remapped 17/02/2011
Gain 40BHp 80Nm
with a new baby on the way this customer has chosen a quite sensible car – but its nice to add a bit of extra zing to improve response and overtaking – thats exactly what we have done here

Mercedes CLK 320CDI Auto
ECU Remapped 21/02/2011
Gain 33BHp 65Nm
looking for extra economy and a better turn of speed we opted for a blend remap here – would expect 10% fuel savings and a nice response from the engine

Audi AllRoad 3.0 V6 TDi Auto
ECU Remapped 27/02/2012
Gain 50Bhp 110Nm
Nice cars these Allroads and in Quatro form even better if you live in the Derbyshire dales and like a spirtited drive – well now its even better

BMW X3 2.0 D M Sport
ECU Remapped 27/02/2012
Blue Optimized
Gain 25Bhp 65Nm
with poor fuel consumption of less than 30mpg this customer was looking for performance at the pumps
– up to 15% more mpg or or extra 4mpg will be achievable with sensible driving

Mercedes ML320 cdi auto
ECU Remapped 27/02/2012
Blue Optimized
Gain 32BHp 65Nm
Again fuel efficiency is paramount here and a Blue optimize remap will improve this by up to 15% – It was a poor starter this ML but a quick inspection showed that the air intake was hanging off – probably by the last garage that serviced it – We put it back together properly and think that will cure the problem

BMW X5 3.0D auto
ECU Remapped 28/02/2012
Gain 35bhp 80Nm
A blend map here to improve performance and economy as has only been getting 21mpg from her
Unfortunately we have also spotted the MAF sensor is not reading correctly so that will also have to be changed – but a massive gain in mpg will be available with a correct maf setting and a blend remap

BMW 730Ld Auto
ECU Remapped 29/02/2012
Blue Optimized
Gain 32Bhp 65Nm
Plenty of room in these Long Wheel Base 7 series BMWS and plenty of room for improvement in the mapping too. Specifically for extra mpg we used a Blue optimise remap here but also gains in bhp torque and better throttle response and smoother power curve also come as standard with this mapping

Ford TRansit Connect 1.8 Tdci 75Bhp
ECU Remapped 29/02/2012
Gain 30BHp 60Nm
Only 1 way to go with these 75Bhp tansit connects is a perforfmance remap – in standard form they cant pull the skin off a rice pudding – especially if you are carrying any weight – much improved after a remap though
