Audi A3 2.0 TDi 140 Remap

Gain 40BHp 80Nm
Like a fool I forgot to take a picture this morning of the sparkling bright red Audi A3 I remapped so here is a library photo. It was a 2008 model but fitted with the earlier edc16 ecu so mapping via the port was always going to work – very nice gains on these cars 40BHp really does add sparkle to the drive

BMW 120D Coupe Remap

GAIN 40BHp 80Nm
just ticking into late 2009 meant this BMW had anti-tune software on its ecu – That wont stop us in the persuit of power – The ecu is out in 10 minutes and a single boot pin connection on the board is simplicity itself as far as tri-core remapping is concerned – The process takes just 90minutes on these cars and teh results are fantastic

Mercedes E350 Cdi Remap

Gain 40BHp 95Nm
Mercedes fitted with the 350 engine will require tuning on the bench – They are still a 3 litre engine but with EDC17 tri-core ecus – The ECU is located in the offside wheelarch and needs a little fettling to get out -This one was an edc17cp57 so requires extra GPT connections- But in 2 hours we have programmed the ECU with performance level software installed. Smoother and more powerful now for the already tail happy Merc should give some driving excitement now

BMW 520D Remap

I am often asked what is our most common remap – well its a close call between this 2.0 diesel BMW and the VAG 2.0 Diesel – both give great results. This was a 57 reg and the first of the edc17 ecus but still tunable OBD – Going from 177 bhp to a healthy 217BHp and 80 extra Nm makes a huge difference

Mercedes ML320CDi Remap

Gain 42Bhp 130Nm
Huge gains on the Mercedes 4WD and doing a lot to eliminate the flat spot on initial acceleration. These EDC16s in a mercedes will always run teh fans when programming which sucks a lot of battery power, thats why we use a 100amp battery support unit to avoid voltage drops that will cause problems when programming

BMW E60 530D Remap

Gain 42BHp 90Nm
after watching top gear on sunday night with their 500k milers this Bimmer is like brand new with 123k on the clock – A 2005 with 218BHp stock had all teh extras including a working heads up display and sat nav. Must have plenty of life in it yet So lets make its next 100k more entertaining by adding 42BHp and 90Nm of extra torque

Citroen DS3 1.6 Thp Remap

Gain 20 BHp 85Nm
As many of you know FlashRemapping are the leaders in Citroen DS3 remapping – I cant even take a guess at how many of teh French pocket rockets we have remapped – This is the latest incarnation with 165BHp in stock form – It made 131BHp at the wheels in stock form which is a little low but probably reflects a very tight microscopic milage engine.
Remapping gave 20BHp at teh fly throughout the rev range and a lovely 85Nm at the fly just above 2000 rpm – right where you want it – Although I wouldnt promise it on a Turbo Petrol engine early reports are of improved fuel economy too

Mercedes Sprinter 313 Remap

This Sprinter is used for shuttling a go cart around and general lads tomfoolery but even though its the 313 version it struggles on long motorway inclines – 45 minutes with us and the performance is improved dramatically and te owner will get teh added bonus of some extra MPG too

Vauxhall Vivaro 2.0 CDTi 115PS Remap

Gain 38Bhp 75Nm
Scott loves his Vivaros this is the third one we have remapped for him his older 1.9 CDTi has been passed onto his son which gave him the excuse to bag this lovely factory LWB Kombi – but his work van with the same engine had been mapped by us so this felt a bit lightweight. An hour later including a good old chin wag this one now matches his work van and he is smiling again.

Ford Focus 1.6T EcoBoost Remap

The Ford Fiesta 1.6 Ecoboost ST engine lives in this Ford Focus 3 but in downtuned 150PS – the 182Ps version doesnt gain massively from remapping but this version does . Easy to read and write via the OBD plug the customer came back from his test drive with a big grin

VW Transporter T5 1.9 TDi 84Ps Remap

Some peopel will tell you dont have a green vehicle its unlucky – well let me tell you if you got your hands on this 1 owner 57k miles T5 you would be very lucky – they just dont exist with this miles on them anymore – Now there are tuners that will tell you they are the best at tuning these Transporters and no one else does it properly, we have tuned thousands and this is a mid level tune we can go higher but this is a nice level that gives 50% odd more bhp and improved fuel economy – Whammy

BMW 420D Remap

Gain 40BHp 80Nm
The 4 series BMW is fitted with the Bosch EDC17 ecu but fortunately not the c41/cp45 version so while we have to remove the ecu to tune on the bench its not the drama associated with the other versions – this one is the EDC17c50 – which needs the extra GPT cable but connection is straightforward – 2 hours later the BMW is transformed and now drives how you would want it to – The BHp monitor on he dash now just touching the 240bhp line where before it just tickled over the 180bhp line

Isuzu D-Max 2.5 Remap

Gain 25BHp 50Nm
Thsi is an ECU we dont see every day a Transtron .43xx – but its not a problem to read or write via teh OBD port – a longish read at 25 minutes but the gains in power are worth it and fuel economy improvements from this eco level map – we can get more power 35BHp 75Nm if required

Audi TT 1,8T Remap

This was the lower powered 150 BHp version and had left the owner a little underwhelmed with the performance – We ran a diagnostic on the car first which revealed no engine faults – at 10 minute read of the Bosch ME7 ecu , modification of the software and a 5 minute write. After a quick drive to complete the adaptions and the car is now much more spritely as you would expect from the looks
