Always good gains from this engine be it in and Audi VW seat or Skoda – and better fuel economy too even from a performance tune as long as you don’t drive on the ragged edge all the time

Ford Transit 2.0 TDDi 75 Remap

Gain 25Bhp 50Nm
With no boost control on these TDDi engines gains are limited – This is because the turbo is mechanically controlled rather than electrically but still nice gains here and lets be honest any improvement on the stock  75Bhp is more than welcome – Fuel savings too

Vauxhall Zafira 1.9 CDTi Remap

DPF Delete and Blend Remap
Gains 33BHp 65Nm
The DPF had been removed from this vehicle and fault codes clearer but it smoked like a trooper as the ECU was still trying to regenerate – you cannot just remove the DPF and hope for the best the ECU needs remapping

Ford Focus ST 225BHp Remap

Ive said it before but in case you missed it – This is probably the best value bang for your buck out there on the second hand market – As a previous customer he knew what to expect with a remap but this one even surprised him 50Extra bhp 100Nm its now a real rocket

Subaru Impreza WRX Remap

Gain 50bhp 100NM
Cold air intake, Forge BOV, and turbo back de-cat exhaust along with our stage 2 map will get this WRX up and around the 280BHp range – Dyno was busy today so data logged on the road giving 1.27bar of boost, ignition multiplyer up to 16 ( showing about 7 deg of added advance ) and no detonation means its running in good health

BMW 650i Remap

This BMW was started at 7pm last night and finished just before 9pm – a bit slow but thats the Bosch MV946 ecu taking nearly 1 hour to read the 2.5 Mb file

Mercedes A160cdi Auto Remap

With only 82BHp in stock form and an automatic gearbox this Merc couldn’t pull the skin off a custard
Now its a whole lot better, with improved fuel economy too

Vauxhall Astra SRi CDTi 150Bhp Remap

This 2005 Vauxhall was in great condition with FSH showing regular oil changes so despite having 100k miles no problem to remap – nice gains here making 190bhp total also makes it very rapid as well

BMW X5 E70 3.0Sd Remap

Great gains from these big BMWs with what is basically the same as the 335d/535d engine in them which is has two sequential turbos on them. The owner certainly enjoys this more than his old Range Rover Sport TDV6

Again another 3 litre BMW diesel which seem so popular and why wouldn’t they be, great power great economy and with regular oil changes and removal of the swirl flaps that can self destruct they will go on for many many miles – well might as well have a bit more power to enjoy too

Vauxhall Vivaro 2.5 Cdti Remap

The Crew van LWB Vivaro is a useful van that can carry 5 or 6 and a decent load bay as well
The 2.5 litre engine is in my mind better than the 1.9 and when mapped gives a good turn of speed and economy too

Vauxhall Zafira 1.9CDTi Remap

Another Zafira and another clogged DPF giving horrendous mpg of 27.7, this Vauxhall had only done 36700 miles that’s just crazy to be that blocked.
Dpf cut out and a blue optimize remap with dpf strings removed and a quick test drive and the trip computer showing above 50mpg    now that’s an improvement

Audi 8N TT 1.8T 225Bhp Remap

The 1.8T engine comes in many guises this being the strongest at 225BHp, When tuning these there will always be a chance that it will show any weakness in spark plugs, Coil packs or even the diverter valve so you have to budget on changing one or all of these but the gains are very worthwhile
