Suzuki Swift 1.3DDiS Remap
The Mk IV Suzuki Swift we have remapped many times giving 17Bhp 37Nm from either the 69 or 75Bhp 1.3 DDiS engine
So when we took in this MKV version while we knew it would be a bench tune rather than an OBD one
VAG 1.6 TDi ECU Remapping
Volkswagen, Audi, Seat and Skoda all use the 1.6 TDi engine
CAYA engine code is 75Bhp
CAYB engine code is 90Bhp
CAYC engine code in 102/105Bhp
But there are two things in common – they all have identical engines – same turbo , pistons,crank etc
This week we have been working on setting up the Kumho Challenge Class C Competitor Dave Heasman’s BMW 328i
It has been interesting to say the least
The 328i from 1997 originally came with 193 bhp at the flywheel
So 16 years and many miles later what could we expect

Thanks to new software releases we are able to tune the Audi S4, Audi S5 etc fitted with the V6 3.0 Tfsi Supercharged engines
